The heat-applied filler restores small damaged areas in PE coatings. Larger repairs may require a compatible repair patch in addition to the filler.
Scratches, gouges, cuts and localized holes in polyethylene external pipeline coatings, subject to the approved repair procedure.
Black repair sticks, diameter 18–25 mm and length 300 mm. Standard packaging: 2.5 kg per bag. Confirm material compatibility and repair scope before ordering.
Supplied in 2.5 kg bags. Include defect dimensions, original coating type and quantities in the inquiry.
Referenced standards include GB/T 23257 and GB/T 51241. Confirm the approved repair method and acceptance requirements for the project.
Store at 5–30°C, below 75% relative humidity, away from heat and flames. The stated storage period is 12 months under the recommended conditions. Installation should follow the supplied technical instructions and the project-approved surface preparation, primer and heating procedure.
