A high-strength backing supports the tension needed during mechanized winding. The adhesive is designed to bond with compatible fusion-bonded epoxy and polyethylene layers as part of a three-layer protective coating.
Factory-applied external protection of induction bends and compatible pipeline bend coating systems. Mechanized winding equipment is required.
Applicable pipe diameter: DN50–DN2500. Width: 50–300 mm, with customized sizes. Standard thickness: 2.2 mm; other thicknesses can be discussed. Confirm the coating build-up and winding process before ordering.
Pallet packaging is available. Provide bend diameter, bend geometry, coating design, tape dimensions and quantities for quotation.
Referenced standards include GB/T 23257 and GB/T 51241. Request the current technical data sheet and confirm project-specific acceptance criteria.
Store at 5–30°C, below 75% relative humidity, away from heat and flames. The stated storage period is 24 months under recommended conditions. Follow the approved mechanized coating procedure.
