The crosslinked backing provides mechanical protection, while the heat-activated adhesive bonds to the prepared pipe and adjacent compatible coating. Select the complete coating system to suit the project specification.
Oil and gas pipelines, petrochemical lines, city gas, district heating and water pipelines. Suitable applications include external protection of field joints and compatible bends, elbows and tees, subject to the approved coating design.

A typical kit includes the main wrap, closure patch, two-component solvent-free epoxy primer, brush and stirrer. Carton or woven-bag packaging is available. Confirm the required kit configuration, quantities and marking with your quotation.
Ask for the applicable technical data sheet, inspection documentation and available test reports for your selected system. Referenced standards include GB/T 23257, GB/T 51241, ISO 21809-3 and EN 12068; compliance and acceptance requirements must be confirmed for the specific product and project.
Store at 5–30°C, below 75% relative humidity, away from heat and flames. The stated storage period is 12 months under the recommended conditions. Installation should follow the supplied technical instructions and the project-approved surface preparation, primer and heating procedure.
Send the pipe outside diameter, operating conditions, existing coating, required dimensions, quantity, delivery destination and project standard. Our team can then confirm the appropriate system and provide a product-specific quotation.
